Service Description

Join me every Monday at noon for a 45-minute online meditation session designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. Each month, we’ll explore a new theme, weaving mindfulness into daily life. For May, our focus is Awareness of the Senses, with a special emphasis on Mindful Eating. We’ll begin with simple meditation techniques to center our energy and calm the mind, followed by a guided exploration of the senses. We’ll close our time together by mindfully sharing the beginning of our lunches, savoring each bite with gratitude for the nourishment it provides. No experience needed. Cameras on or off—come as you are. This is your space to slow down, be present, and cultivate awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
