Service Description

This class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and strength-building practices to help you feel more at home in your body. Through gentle yet intentional stretching, focused breathwork, and functional strength exercises, you'll cultivate flexibility, stability, and ease. Designed for all bodies and experience levels, this class offers a supportive space to release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself—one breath, one stretch, and one movement at a time. Classes are 75 minutes long, starting with a brief meditation and ending with a long savasana to encourage deep relaxation. Starting on May 7th at Love University 46 S. Main Street, Waterbury, VT 05676 On the second floor, above Waterbury Sports. Entrance on the left side of the building when looking at it from the street. Pre-registration preferred.
